A few of those codes seem to come up when the PCV is messing up. It may be just the diaphragm of the PCV that needs replacing or the entire thing.

Let others chime in but if it does turn out to be your PCV, i recommend just going ahead and buying the entire PCV. You can get it at a good price on rockauto.

Coming from a B7, seeing the P0087 makes me immediately think cam follower...highly unlikely in the B8 though. I'd check the boost/vacuum lines near and around the PCV, then the actual PCV itself. Like heatseeker said, a few of those codes point towards a PCV issue.
RIP B7: Stg. 1 UM, RS4 rear sway, Apikol snub mount, trip computer retrofit, OEM bi-xenons retrofit, RS4 seats retrofit, B7 S4 Ti wheels, BSH CC, 034 SD mounts, restitched steering wheel by my own hand

Hello B8: P+ Quattro, 6 Speed, Sport. Stg. 1 APR, CR-15, Fly Designs steering wheel, Euro Impulse shift knob, Macan BBK, Alu Kreuz, 034 RSB + endlinks, SPC control arms...

Check your air intake (filter, turbo outlet hoses, inter cooler hoses) looks like u have a boost leak
The big hint is the boost pressure regulation, leak In air intake, and fuel rail pressure.

I had similar codes when my turbo outlet hose popped off due to poor fitment of the crappy CTS turbo hose kit. I'm running EuroCode now
If the amount of air is not right it would throw off the air fuel mixture. All codes were gone after fixing my boost leak
