Trade: B8 A4 034 HFC for stock cat

I've been running an 034 HFC on my B8 Avant for about 3 years, probably 25,000 miles. With a baby on the way its too loud coupled with my AWE exhaust, so I want to go back to the stock cat.
Willing to trade with someone. If you are handy with a wrench, we could do it in my driveway or yours in about 90 minutes.
If you're not handing with a wrench, then it might take me 2-2.5 hours to do the swap.

034 HFC includes a Roc Euro O2 spacer with catalyst.

I would trade you but not sure exactly which way would be best. Im in Sac so about two hours away. Are you ever out this way?

With the spacer, does it throw a code still? You also said too loud coupled with your exhaust, did you run it with a stock exhaust and if so was it still too loud?

With the spacer, I get the error once in a while, but just clear the code and it takes a week or two to come back. Without the spacer, the error came up within a few minutes.
As for the volume, I ran with the stock exhaust for a year or so which was fine, but I wanted a little more. I went with Stasis until one of the mufflers blew an internal part and Stasis no longer existed, so I went with AWE Gen2 which is just too loud for me. The Stasis was great.
