Solenoid vacuum valve? What does it do? Can I delete it?

Can someone get me a few pictures or a diagram of where the hoses go from the vacuum solenoid valve on the 2.7? It's mounted in front of the EGTs on the back of the intake manifold. I am in the middle of building my motor and can't find any info on it or pictures of the connections to reinstall it, or even info on its purpose so I can decide if I can delete it. I'm already deleting the combi's, cats, after-run coolant pump, and SAI.

Part number appears to be 078131115c. Mounted to a plate with spacers for the EGTs. Thanks!

That solenoid controls the combi valves via vacuum. If you remove it you will throw a code without a custom tune to delete it. I assume if you are planning on removing the combi valves then you are already planning on a tune so it is safe to remove.

Yes, I'll be getting a custom tune for removing the cats and combi's. Good to know I can remove this as well. Thanks!
