Loe, did you have IC issues with the 179 and stock cooling?
yes, I did actually, that was my first encounter with the IC leaking. But then again, you have to remember that I take the car down to the strips a lot.
On a side note, I went to Orlando Speedworld today just for giggles, D/A was 650-700ft. I couldn't lay traction on my 1st or 2nd attempt unfortunately, but did land a 123.06mph personal best trap

.... that's also bleeding at the top of 1st and 2nd gears top. I put away my RE-71r's thinking my boost season was over, so I was stuck working with PSS's with 4/32" treadlife.. Hopefully I can get a revised/finalized file from GIAC soon. My best was 11.32 today

the car short-shifted the 1-2 very very early due to the wheelspin but couldn't manage to pull itself into the 11.2x region despite a 1.61 60ft.
Nice to have mercury in the 30.4x mmHg range + 40% humidity, the air was dense despite it being 72F outside, so that showed up in my 27.xx mph delta, which I did not think was possible with the B8.5's taller gearing.
