Exterior 8/10 : due to fender roll
Interior : 9/10 super clean looks like no one has sat in the seats. Recaro stock b6s4 seats.
It's got gutted down pipes(piggie pipes) to X pipes to magnaflow tips. Good sound
Timing chains and guides are done which we all know is a 4K job. New clutch and gearing is perfect.
• yellow fogs
• hids
• h&r fully adjustable coilovers
Probably forgetting stuff.

Cons: fenders are rolled, needs an alignment, wheels need a refinish, I can't think of anything else major.

10k pretty firm unless you have a b5s4 then we can talk.
