Rear drains? Water in spare tire well

I have water in my spare tire well after big rains. While investigating, I found water that's not draining from the area at the roofline, could see when the rear hatch is open. Where does that drain?

I suspect a clog but was not able to find any reference to a rear drain locations.

Same problem here, but we have the nice factory plastic/rubber mat. I just searched the forum and couldn't find rear leaks mentioned. I lifted up my antenna and there was a gap under the rubber. My wife says that the headliner in the area of the rear light was wet. Im thinking the gasket needs replacing...
I see that you live in VA. It has been pissing rain here lately. Never had water before but the guy that sold me the car warned me that it occasionally leaks.

I dont have any other leaks (that I know of). I don't see any signs of water in the headliner or elsewhere. WHen I open the rear hatch and looked into the openings at either side of the top after the last big rain, there was a LOT of water that wasn't draining. I don't see signs of leaky tail light gaskets as others have reported but I will check the antenna gasket again.

You're in Richmond? I'm northwest of Fredericksburg.

    Yes down in RVA.

I was also looking next to the roof rails and there is a trim strip that is very mildly loose. I dont know what is under this trim but I assume the attachment for the rails is in the vicinity. I have searched the other Audi site and the rest of the googlenet with no definite answers. The only suggestion was to spray the car with a hose and look for leaks... Ill let you know if I find anything.
