-$798/month (VA tax rolled into lease)
- I paid $5600 in MSD at delivery (which will be returned to you at lease turn-in). I will accept $4400 at time of lease transfer, thus essentially giving you a $1200 incentive.

FWIW I assumed a lease on an F80 just recently, almost identical to chillin's car except mine is 6MT w/leather. I had thought about leasing a new one and could have gotten a great deal from BMW Annapolis but in the end just assumed one because I didn't want to order one and it was near impossible finding one on a lot that had everything I wanted. BMW makes it incredibly easy to swap/assume leases and if I were you I would look at that option if you aren't sure you want to keep the car for a long time.

Car was transferred a few months ago. BMW FS was super easy to work with. As long as the new transferee has good credit, the entire process was done in 10days.

Yea, at first, i was going to order, then i started looking at cpo's, then back to what is on lots, now I'm bimmerpost researching everything i can. i hate this (sorta, lol). I will look at lease trader again. Thanks.

I didn't have any luck with lease trader or swapalease, I got mine off Bimmerpost. Complete transparency though for a lease in MD you will pay a lot in taxes for what could be a short ownership, for me it didn't matter but keep that in mind. That is unless you assume a lease for a car already leased in MD as the taxes would already have been paid. Anything out of state MD will rape you IF the taxes weren't already paid in full.
