    JHM Tune Fails Emmisions Test

I was going to post this is the Canadian section but it is not as active as the main forum so here goes. In Canada you have to have an emissions test every 2 years. I believe the official name is "nail you in the ass...dry"
Even the government says it's a waste. /rant. Anyway I went to get the test done and once it was hooked up the tech said the test was aborted by the ministry because the catalysts were out of normal parameters, thus they deduced I had a tune and classified my car as a high risk vehicle. I don't even know what this means but anyhow. I just wanted to see if anyone has had this come up. Maybe I have to remove tune, get etest, reinstall tune?
    Thanks all.

It's not all of Canada. Saskatchewan does not have this ridiculous requirement, yet anyway.

I do not have the tune but was considering it once my certified warranty was up. While having my car serviced at an indy shop, the owner said he was having an issue with one car passing emissions. He indicated that he's done several JHM tunes on B8 S5's and this was the only one that failed emissions... he was thinking it may be an ECU issue.

Had a second test done at a different shop. Failed again. I now have to call the government test centre directly. This should be good
