1.8t vacuum lines near ABS Module

Can anyone help identify the 2 plastic hoses on driver side near ABS module, i think one goes to a vacuum reservoir but not sure which or what the other is for, any help appreciated!!! car is an 01 if that matters. Thanks!!

The other goes to the Leak Detection Pump located beneath the rear drivers wheel well cover

is it needed? and is it just supposed to have manifold vacuum run to it?

You'll get a CEL with it disconnected, shouldn't affect driveability though. Look up a vacuum line diagram to see exactly how it's connected, there's a whole set of tees and check valves between it and the manifold.

are you 100% positive its a CEL, and not a hidden code?

I don't even get a hidden code. My 01 has zero emissions crap and zero DTC's. Not sure how effective Maestro is at turning all that stuff off, or if it will turn off leak detection pump DTC's.

I've got a leak somewhere in my EVAP system. It throws a code first (no CEL) and eventually after enough driving the CEL pops for the code. This is an 01

I got a code with my stage 3 I'm tune and no code with stage 4. Who knows lol

I got a CEL when I disconnected it to temp fix a broken vacuum tee, but this was with an ME7.5 ECU, maybe the earlier ones don't though.
