R8 Flat bottom wheel, will it work?

Hi everyone, I have the chance to get an R8 fbsw from the last gen R8. It has the same switches and all so will those work in our cars? Has anyone done this? Which bag works for them? I searched and all I found were the facelift steering wheels.

Can someone lend some help on this please?

    Thanks!

Yes it will work. You can get the bag from Europrice but very expensive. My R8 Gt wheel was sitting in a closet for almost 2 years because I thought it was a misprint of the price of the air bag needed to make it work. Then it went up when I asked again so I just sucked it up and purchased it. Very nice upgrade and I installed it in 10 mins.

The harness should be the same as well correct? Being the same switches and all right?
