This is a great condition 2001.5 B5 S4 with Nav and cold weather package that I?ve owned since 2003. 034 Motorsport recently replaced the clutch and transmission ($7,500) in 1/2016 and I have put about 2000 miles on it so far. This car pulls hard and runs very strong, and no need to worry about the clutch and transmission. In the past 3-4 years I have only driven the car for about 5000 miles since it?s not my daily driver, and I take Bart to work daily. Reason for selling ? need another SUV to tow boat with, so not in hurry to sell. Will trade for 2011-2013 Land Rover LR4 including cash.

I am the 3rd owner on this car and purchase from a friend back in late 2003. It was a lemon law buyback, which still had warranty, so everything was fixed by the dealership (Livermore Audi in CA) before warranty expired.

No CELS or issues with engine or drivetrain.


- 034 Stage 3 fueling since 2015 with new injectors
- 034 85mm MAF Housing and Hose
- Bosch 52lbs EV14 injectors

- New JHM rebuilt transmission 1/2016 (have invoice)

- Tires are Continentals with plenty of tread
- Slotted front rotors (forgot the brand)
- JHM short shifter
- Stock B5 S4 Avus rims as well

- New battery

Cons

- Hood was keyed few years back and had bad paint job (needs to be painted)
- Key from one of the key fobs broke
- One of the Continental tires blew, so full size spare with new Pirelli is being used (will check warranty on the Continental tires)
- Shock that holds the hood up is done, so need new one
- Passenger side speaker is blown
- Need new headlight motors ($80 each)
- No car jack (accidentally left it on freeway years ago)
- Key fob needs new battery and might need to be programmed, otherwise works

Price lowered to $11,000 obo. This S4 has a new clutch and transmission from 034 motorsport with less than $5000 miles (still under warranty). I found an SUV so need this sold.
