2010 Q5 hidden hitch - Draw-tite 75940 vs OE

I searched the forums & couldn't find an answer; sorry if this has been discussed.

We have a 2010 Q5 3.2 Prestige non-S-line.

The Draw-tite 75940 hidden hitch is a close knockoff of the OE hitch... yet Draw-tite says it only fits 2011+. Has anyone confirmed/denied that it fits 2010? I understand the valance needs to be cut, etc., but I'm trying to confirm whether or not the 2010 bumper bar mounting points are the same as 2011+. If so, the Draw-tite unit will bolt up as similar to the OE hitch.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, as I'd much rather put in the work to install a hidden hitch.

I saw a Draw Tite with part number 75708 at 4 wheel online. This hitch will fit on 2010 Q5 models, although this one has a round tube style instead of square.
