    Just put painters tape around the old badge before you remove it so you know where to place the new badge.

    You can just eyeball it based off of a good pic as well. Nobody is going to come up to your car with a ruler and be like your badge is off by 3cm. Besides most people will tell you to take them off as soon as you put them back on haha.
