Easy Entry, Radio Presets and Side Assist gremlins - Anyone else?

I've owned my MY16 S6 for three weeks now and really love the car, but I'm experiencing three software (?) gremlins that are driving me crazy. It's surprising to me for a platform that's five years old.

Easy Entry - The steering wheel rises up upon exit, but only sometimes returns to the lower memory position on restart. The driver's seat usually does not move on exit, but on three occasions, it's moved back all the way on exit, but did not returned to its memory position on restart. I stopped by my dealer's service department after two days of ownership to ask about this. They ended up keeping the car for two days and loaded some new software. After that, everything worked properly for about a week, but the problem then restarted.

Radio Presets - Two to three times a week, some radio presets disappear and others move to different positions. And the ones that move, don't just move to one position. For example, presets 3 and 5 may disappear, and preset 6 may move to preset 3. It's crazy.

Side Assist - I have Side Assist lighting set to maximum brightness, but on two occasions, I've noticed that it's reset itself to minimum brightness.

I've been driving BMWs, Porsches and Audis for more than 15 years. They've all been bullet-proof. So I really want to get these things resolved before they turn me against an otherwise incredible car. btw, my S6 is a March 2016 build.

Has anyone else experience these problems and got them resolved?

I've not had issues with radio or Side assist, but about 50% of the time my steering wheel wil not return to its position and I have tot manually press the seat memory button. At least on my 2016 S7, the easy entry is only the steering wheel and the seat does not move, which I assumed is just the way the 2016 S7 comes, but maybe it's been brok the entire time?

I had the side assist issue. But it resolved by itself.

Gremlins 1-2 here. Have never had my seat move a single time. Didn't realize that was even supposed to happen. Steering wheel always moves as far as when I'm paying attention. On #2 I have had my entire list of presets basically disappear except for maybe 3 stations. No clue why it happened. Hope it doesn't happen again.

At least on my 2016 S7, the easy entry is only the steering wheel and the seat does not move, which I assumed is just the way the 2016 S7 comes, but maybe it's been brok the entire time?

I'm not convinced the seat is "supposed" to move either. It's moved all the way back on exit on two occasions though. So who knows?

To add to the gremlins list, and this one really drives me nuts is with the myaudi destinations. I have to constantly re-enter my pin which is a pain in the ass.
Also my favorites list for nav always disappears

My gremlin on my 3 month old MY16 S6 is the rear view mirror. Every couple of days it sags so that it shows half the rear window and half the rear seats. It actually feels pretty firm when I move it back in place but keeps getting out of position every few days or so. Also, my Bose trim on the passenger door speaker started to peel off and I have some pitting (roughness) in the carbon fiber trim of the middle console. You can't really see it but feel it when you run your finger along the edge. I brought up the latter two issues last time I was at the dealership and they ordered the parts from Germany to replace them. Next time I go there I have to bring up the issue with my rear view mirror.

Oh, I have that one too. But in general, I think that the whole myaudi thing is a joke, so I'm not even thinking about it. Can you get Google send to car to work??

I have to say how surprised I am with these little things. I really can't remember any user interface in any German car that has had these sort of bugs. And this version of MMI has been around since 2012. I'll go a bit further as well . . . I had the prior version of MMI in my B8 S4 and it didn't have any issues like this. But I'm also amazed at how little the MMI evolved since that last version. And I had a new Q7 as a loaner for a couple of days. It had the next gen MMI, and it too has changed very little. I noticed a couple of nice little enhancements, but only a couple. In the meantime, BMW's iDrive keeps making generational changes with each new rev. I know that MMI is a good interface, but I really am disappointed that Audi seems to have sat on their laurels and not strived to make bigger steps forward.

Hope everyone's using the same key fob? I don't have these issues on my '13. Sometime the mirrors would fold / side assist would de-activate upon entry and it was always related to using my spare key.

Fair question. In my case, it's one driver and one key.

Side assist here on my 3 week old S7. Brightness will not remain where I set it. Very intermittent. This is not the case with wife's Q3. Also, was not the case with my previous A7. Set the brightness once in 4 yrs...never changed. Car going to dealer next week.
