I have an audi Q5 2009 and wonder if I want get it lowered like audi SQ5, how much most i change and how much lowered will it be?

Looks like you're in Sweden... The Euro SQ5 comes with a lower suspension than the US spec. If you don't have the adaptive suspension, all you should need is to buy the euro spec SQ5 suspension.
