    Looks like the vehicle's structural design worked as intended..passengers walked away, correct? Not sure why the rear seat was pulled up though?

    So sad... as a father of three daughters I can only imagine what the family is going through.... Hope she does well... curious to see what the outcome will be as it has been stated numerous times by witnesses that the RS4 was traveling at a very high rate of speed.... Sounds like a huge lawsuit is coming...

    All insurance policies have coverage limits. I've never seen one exceed 100k.

    Insurance company's hate to pay out. They try to settle while your still getting treatment, and it's always a low number. In my case they tried to give me $5,000 while I was still in the hospital. My medical bills alone were 10x that by the end. Meaning if I settled then, I would of had to pay everything out of pocket.

    Her medical bills are going to hundreds of thousands. I hope they lawyer up and let the professionals handle it, otherwise they don't take you seriously and will jerk you around.
