Any of you guys attend any car shows in Phoenix valley with your s4? I've been meaning go but I can't seem to find any besides cars and coffee in Scottsdale and pavilions one. I want to meet more s4 owners and get ideas on what to do for my baby and stuff. If any of you guys in the valley want to meet up to cruise, pm me. I'm making YouTube videos and want more content.

I saw this crew rolling with their Corvettes, GTR, and S4. Sickest bunch of cars I've ever seen. If the S4 guy I saw is on az, hit me up man. I wish I had my s4 with me at the time.. stuck with an a6 till Monday or Tuesday

There is an Audi owners drop that meets up and does drives up north. I have not done one yet. There used to also be a group, it's in the local thread, that met on Thursday nights. I never went because it was on the east side of town and up up early for work.

I'm in Peoria also I have probably seen your car. There is a black s4 with intake and exhaust that was rolling through a Kohls parking lot one day on Lake Pleasent.

In October I plan on going to the no fly zone event I think others may as well.

When we get closer to the No Fly Zone event we will have to post up in here and the local thread. Get as many to come out as possible. Hopefully by then I will have my stage 2 installed... Waiting on the AMS Alpha cooler to arrive. The heat here just kills the power! RTL are you running a 91 octane map daily or a 93 octane map and mixing in E85 to get 93?

91 And yea the heat kills, on a buddy's dyno we were able to correlate 1 degree increase in IAT's is roughly -1whp. So when it's 120 degrees on the free way the cars are losing 40 hp to their normal weather counterparts. Do you need help with the install?

There aren't a ton outside of the C&C you mentioned and the Pavilions. I know the AZVW guys have 2 meets/week. As a whole, the meets die down in the summer months. Here's the Audi Club of AZ webpage. I wouldn't say it's members only, but they encourage everyone to pay the $50 to join ACNA. http://www.audiclubarizona.org/

I did the Payson drive last month with about 16 people and 12 cars and it was a good time.

Love your scrap heap :p lol. also yea, we can go up to payson? Short drive for better temperature. Maybe hit tonto natural bridge? its a nice spot for a very short hike under a natural calcite bridge which i believe has a natural spring/ tiny water fall and wild javelinas!

As far as timing, we may have to wait a few weeks because the heat wave is even impacting the northern towns. I would suggest driving to Payson (having lunch at the place right off 87, Fargo's. Good food and cheap). Then hit up Tonto's National Forest on the way back?

No way I am riding my bike in this heat! Last time I road it to work it was 106 on the way home and sweat running out of my helmet!

I'm surprised none of us have spontaneously combusted from this stupid heat... Jeez.

So the plan is to go to pavilions this coming Saturday. Then c&c next month. Maybe we can wait for a few more weeks to pass before we hit the road up to Payson. We'll have lunch up there and go for a quick sight seeing. Drive back in the evening.

Sounds like a great plan. How do we all want communicate and plan it? Maybe we can create a page on fb? And we can all join it. Should be easy.
