This is a GENUINE AUDI part, removed from my 2006 Audi A4 Quattro after just 1 year. I'm pretty sure this part will fit 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 A4s, but check with Audi to be sure.
It is in excellent condition, no cracks anywhere, all the bolt holes and tabs are perfect, none of them are broken. There are two very minor surface scratches; one behind the licence plate, and one smaller to the left of the plate area. I photographed them very close up so they appear much worse, but honestly they are barely visible to the naked eye. There is another very minor scrape on the left most edge near the bottom, again I have a very close-up photo so it appears worse than it is to the naked eye.
New one costs over $90 from Audi. Get it here for much less.
