Audi a6 quattro, 2003 allroad 2.7t - Strange Sound at Start up

My car makes a loud engine noise at start up, could someone help me decipher this?

see the sound. The first one is when it get started, as the engine warms, it becomes better until eventually it becomes quiet

While this sound is on, the engine is rough (you can see the vibration/shaking)

Any CEL? There are codes that won't cause the CEL to illuminate but will still cause problems, do you have VAG-COM or access to it? I'd scan the car and see what u come up with, maybe SAI pump? I believe SAI is only active during warm-up, so that would be plausible if so.
