Major boost leak and or bad coil packs/spark plugs?

Getting all four cylinders and a random all cylinder misfire with a really bad start up and the car never actually idling out..?
I originally recall the misfiring issue a few weeks ago when i added the baffles in my exhaust which my ecu is tuned for a straight pipe so I assumed it was a tuning imperfection. However while driving i was getting a single occasional misfire under high torque and then finally it popped my inter cooler piping off which I reattached drove it home and it ended up with a very audible wishing noise as the sound of air escaping and the car made it home but now doesn't start and pass through the misfiring fit which it was.. I also had replaced my head gasket and kept the spark plugs with I was burning coolant on.
Any tips or ideas? Help greatly appreciated.
