Changes fuel filter, Estimated distance to empty and guage won't go down?

So earlier in the week I took it to a shop who I have been told is very good when it comes to Audis and such.
I've had a fuel filter sitting in the back which I've been wanting to change for the longest time. I finally found a time to take it to he shop and had it replaced. I got my Fuel Filter done, Valve cover gasket and my DV.

I took it to the shop because 1.i don't have time to do it myself, or I would have and 2. I wasn't in the mood to deal with clips and what not and end up messing them up on the filter. Anyways, when I picked up my car it was empty just like I left, 30KM left to empty. Took it to gas station and filled it up with 91 octane like I always do. Fuel guage goes up and so does the estimated distance to empty. It was at 130KM once I quickly put some gas in. Fast forward to today...i haven't really taken the car out for long or far places but it would warrant the mileage, even the guage to go down just a bit. So it was at 130, down to 120 so im like cool...no worries.

Took it out this morning , highway driving...good 30KM of driving in total atleast by the time I got to my work shop and nothing. The estimated time to empty keeps jumping from 120KM-130-120 after 25 minutes of driving.

Any idea what this could be?
    Thanks.

The MTE counter is a fickle thing. If you baby your car, or do a lot of highway miles, this isn't unexpected. I have actually seen mine go up. Now if you start driving it more aggressively, I've seen it drop quickly enough to think I'd sprung a leak in the fuel line.

If after another 50-60 km's it still shows 120-130, then I'd be a bit more concerned.
