What screw is this? Heat shield cover

Trying to take off a heat shield cover to access the engine mount connector. It's got this screw, very small. Thought a normal phillips head might work but couldn't get enough leverage given the size. What screw driver is meant to go into it?

It's says 8 on it so a #2 Philips should fit ?

Yes, that's a Philips head, I would say you are using the wrong Philips head to remove that particular screw. There are no less than 4 different "Philips head" sizes. #2 for you.
