Broken bolt in Timing Chain Tensioner

So I managed to break one of the head bolts for the Timing Chain Tensioner. I tried to extract the stuck bolt with an angled drill, but there's just little room to work with. Any suggestions? Do I need to remove the head?

What if you remove bumper, radiator, condenser. That's less work than a head job.

So the bolt is actually on the other end; almost against the firewall. If I remove the front, how can I gain more access on the other side of the cylinder head?

That's what I thought. I guess I need to search for a DIY on removing the cylinder head. Unless someone has an easier idea. :(

Sorry, thought it was a timing belt tensioner bolt. Guess I should learn to read some day....
