Edit: Listings say 15lbs (Ecs) aluminum .

Part number for Steel Flywheel: FW-025-SF. I will get total weight this week. Will likely ship from the USA to USA for USA buyer.

Picture below on scale shows 21.8 lbs. flywheel only I guess I should get total weight of package.

Curious to see what the OP says. Based on his build would think this would still be a good clutch/flywheel setup.

I know for a fact he's now running a JHM setup. I'll be helping him with some finishing with the turbo/meth install.

And yes, it's still a great setup. I think I'll jump on it if it's still around when I finally go JHM BT.

Not to derail this thread, but it seems there are a few folks looking at water/meth setups (myself included). Would be great to share info and data on the different setups and results.

Changed due to new motor. Was actually zero reason for me to change this out. Only reason was I paid very little to change to the aluminum jhm flywheel and stage 3 clutch disc. I think I would rather have the steel flywheel myself as I preferred the steel over the aluminum I installed on my old allroad. It's only got 40,000km (25,000 miles). And I honestly loved how smooth stock feeling drake made this setup. The rs4 pressure plate and his stage 4 disc in this sale was amazing in all aspects of driving. As usual minor chatter if not working your feet properly or low rpm turns in a gear to high. As usual with the flywheel change. Nothing unusual, mine may have been more noticeable due to solid motor mounts and stern stiff trans mount.

So I had this machined for new owner. Laser checked and properly surfaced for new owner. This flywheel is pretty much as new as you can get. 40,000 km and resurfaced (I paid a hefty price to have this done and I'm not asking for any more from buyer) complete kit for $550

As an aside, Ryan is likely one of the best sellers I know. He lives nowhere near the US, but maintains a box there and ships to/from there to save buyers the stupidity that is Canadian shipping. This setup is perfect and if I had my JHM BT kit and built engine, this would be in my car.

Thanks mate. And yes I do maintain an address on the USA side to save money on shipments. As long as buyer can work w me travelling nearly 2 hours by car to get this item into fedex office on the USA side the savings on shipping will be substantial.

If I were in the market for a new setup after actually using this setup myself, I'd be all over this like when I was younger and a bit fat and i f***ing loved smarties!
