Not really new, same 18" TSW's I had. I have no idea what happened, but I suspect I got screwed in a car wash. I got some whitish clearish baked on film on all 4 wheels. Baked on bad mix of soap or something in the wash maybe? I have no freaking idea. Stuff sure is stubborn, whatever it is though. I tried like hell getting it off, tried damn near everything. Started with wheel cleaner, then brake cleaner, then even tried turpentine type stuff. Nothing took it off. I then went to rubbing compound, and it was barely taking it off, but that would take a TON of time and effort at the rate it was taking it off. So I decided to just clean up the lip the best I could and say screw it, just plastidip the spokes. The lip wasn't too bad, got most of it off, but the spokes were what was worst. I think it came out pretty good. Still needs a little detailing to make them look even better, I'll get to that when I get to it....but good enough for now. I like! Also....did the calipers when I was in there.
Here's before, the stock TSW look (before they got screwed up with that weird ass film)...
