Just my opinion, great guys too. Jhm guys seem nice too. How they treat you is worth just as much as the products, i dont think any vender around here does a really bad job.
JHM has been slipping in my recent personal experiences, I have been less and less impressed with their customer service and business practices.
For example, when they converted my refund to store credit... fine, your rules are your rules, but then went I went to use the store credit, they tried to say my store credit had essentially expired after 3 months... sorry, that's just theft. If I gave you money, you cannot just say "nope, its not here anymore, sorry" especially after forcing me to transfer it into JHM Funny Money (keeping in mind the refund was on an unused tune, so the product refunded was 1s and 0s, not a damaged physical product that could not be resold.)
I have always been a strong supporter of JHM (there are even some threads on here where I have praised old service I have received), and I still believe they have some talented and helpful people on their team, however I was so soured by my last experience I will have a hard time justifying going back to them unless I see signs of things changing. I shouldn't have to fight to use the money I paid you.
