Can't pass readiness / Do I need a new tune?

So my e-test is coming up in september and my car can't seem to pass readiness. I think ever since I've installed my HFC and downpipe my car hasn't passed readiness. I bought this car with the APR tune, K04 and injector combo already on the car 3 years ago and have since then installed the HFC, DP, Exhaust and front mount intercooler. Do you usually need to re-tune the car when adding these parts in?

    Thanks again

The Cat and O2 sensor readiness could be caused by your HFC. You can install a spacer on the rear o2 sensor and it might pass. The "Air" readiness is a problem with the secondary air system. This has nothing to do with the HFC or downpipe you installed.

Spacer and also 034 makes a spacer with a mini cat inside it ;)

Thanks for the information. I'll try the spacer. Wouldn't that make it have less of a reading since it wouldn't be sitting as deep inside the dp? Sorry for my newbieness.

The secondary air system makes sense since I've deleted it and put a resistor in place. No cel though

are you getting the spacer or the spacer with the small cat inside it?

I'm not sure, Which one is best recommended? If my Cat and 02 readiness can pass then I can still pass my emission test with only the air readiness not completed.

My SAI is deleted with a resistor in place whit no CEL, but what is it that makes this part of the test pass? Is it the N112 that gives the signal to pass or is it the primary 02 sensor? I thought since I have the 3 inch HFC there would be enough air flow to ''trick'' my system to think the SAI is still sending air to the cat.

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying make sense of all of this.
