2005 M/T Cabrio S4 Exhaust - Maryland Germantown Area

Hi,

I'm a new owner of a 2005 S4 cabriolet. It's got almost 104k miles on the odometer. I prefer longevity over performance.

The car currently has Magnaflow mufflers but I think the rest is stock. I know who sponsors the site so I'm pretty sure the first thing most will say is to go straight to JHM. I hear lots of positive things and I'm sure they sell and stand behind a great product.

Because I have a 6 M/T and a cabriolet, can anyone recommend a good exhaust shop over here that could put something together for me? To my knowledge, JHM will not ship B6 cabrio exhaust anyway so another manufacturer or custom shop are my only options. Right?

At this point I am NOT looking at a tune, but perhaps at some point, it may be an option.

Set the NEWB straight please and tell it like it is.

Fast intentions along with other exhausts run through an area occupied by structural bars underneath the car inherent to cabriolets. So you have to get modifications or go with an exhaust designed for cabriolets such as the milltek or corsa.

I'll see what Cora has to offer. Looking at Milltek, definitely on the pricey side.

Of course I'm willing to travel to DC area or NOVA if necessary for a good exhaust shop.
