Wheel Opinion - Avant Garde M510 vs Avant Garde M540

There are two sets of wheels local that are a pretty good deal and I am having trouble deciding which I like best so I figured I would try public opinion. Also, I am having the hardest time trying to confirm fitment for these wheels sets on the RS4 so any help in that area would be appreciated as well (I have used the hell out of search/Google).

    The M510s are 19x8.5 ET 35. (Link for visual reference: https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/M510/ES2642615/ )

    The M540s are 19x9.5 ET 40. (Link for visual reference: https://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B7_RS...oys/ES2918917/ )

Now I have found other sets of wheels with these dimensions that are listed as fitting the RS4 but not these in particular. Any help and our opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I like the 510's but et35 isn't enough to clear the brakes.

I run the Avant Garde M310 19 x 8.5 ET 35 and it just barely clears. There may be clearance issues with the M510 or M540. It just depends on the spoke design.

With that said, you will probably want to run spacers though anyway to help make it more flush so that should take care of any clearance issues.

Between those two, my vote is for the M510's.

I am test fitting the 540's this upcoming Friday. Both wheels are the same price, $700 for set, so it ultimately comes down to which one I pick. I do like the 510's but would need to track down spacers. Anyone know of a wheel calculator for the RS4 to show what spacers you need to be flush?

Also I know this isnt an RS4 but the 540's look pretty good on this car IMO.
