Windshield Replacement?

I want to get my windshield replaced, as I have two rock chips. The first one was repaired by Safelite last year, but I can't stand seeing the two chips. I am looking for an outfit that will do quality work and using OEM materials for my S4. Additionally, if possible, I want the windshield covered in ClearPlex. And it would be nice if said outfit worked on Saturdays. Thanks!

I had safelite replace mine after a chip spread. I requested OEM which was the only thing avail at the time anyway due to arutowipers. I was happy with the work and install when they did mine. Not sure about clearplex though...

Windshield City in Chantilly did mine with OEM glass and you cant tell its not factory. Fairly small shop, but really good people and they do a lot of high end marques. Would absolutely use them for all my glass repair in the future.

Audi Rockville did mine... Piece of cake and insurance sent check two days to reimburse later... It was $$$$$$

Windshield city did a swap for me also. Oem glass and perfect install.

They did mine too with OEM glass. I originally contacted Audi of Chantilly to have it replaced and they directed me to Windshield City. Mike will take care of you.

Thanks for the recommendation on Windshield City, and I've asked for quote. I hope I can wait for the work to be done while I wait, because I'm too far away to drop off the car. I'm also still looking for ClearPlex installers.

Safe lite came out about a month ago and replaced mine with no issues.. OEM Acoustic glass as well ...

Safelite did mine, it has horrible micro bubbles in the glass that blinded me if the sun it them right.

I waited for mine, took them a little over an hour or so. There is a little cafe across the street that I hung out at.

Still trying to find out who does ClearPlex. Windshield City said they have a vendor that does something called Crystal Fusion, but rather than a protective film, it appears to be some sort of solution that is applied to the glass. From what I've heard of it so far, I'm not sold on it. I want something that can repel/withstand minor rocks flying into my windshield.

I wanted to follow up on this and let everyone know I had my windshield replaced this morning by Windshield City. Per the recommendation, I hung out at the Firehouse Bakery and bought lots of items there, and got a discount by mentioning Mike (Windshield City). Anyway, awesome job on the windshiield, and I'm very pleased with the results. And it only took about an hour. Good people, highly recommended!
