blinking fob key meaning?

so I noticed my key fob blinks sometimes while the car is on. I changed the battery thinking it means its low in battery but it still blinks.
the key fob works fine and everything functions fine.


so does anyone know what it means.

Most likely a button is stuck or your remote is bad. Have you ever dropped it in water?

nope. it was like that since day one. my Q3 2016 does this as well.

the key fob will blink every time u open/close a window or door in the car even if the car is running. ive noticed this as well. next time u get in the car. open the window n look at the key fob you'll see it blink. wouldn't worry about it. don't think its a big deal
