Received a "good" Eurocode front swaybar that I purchased that turned out to be a rusted POS... Curious that the seller installed a set of them 2 days after I bought the front one he had for sale... Also curious how the bar & end links I received don't even match the items in the picture. My end links aren't black, they're silver....

As the post states, it was an extra part lying around. I bought 1 front sway bar from a member on this forum. When I couldn't find the rear for sale in the classifieds I snagged a set F&R, took the rear out of the box and listed the front for sale. You are buying used parts, I'm not sure what condition you expect it to be in other than used. I did not advertise anything in this post as new or like new.

Edit: to make matters worst, you didn't even send full payment and lied saying you did. So you are already untrustworthy in my eyes. Therefore, how are you so quick to attack me on the forums, as opposed to contacting me directly and allowing me the opportunity to respond and come to a resolution amongst ourselves.

I've sold several items to several people on this forum over the years and none have ever had an issue. How are you the first to have an issue? Furthermore handling the way that you are right now? Smh

Since you mention this... I didn't make full payment? We agreed on $250 plus fees...I paid $257.25 which I was under the impression that Paypal charged 2.9% in fees ($250 x 1.029= $257.25), you said I missed by $1.00. I don't really see how that is, but I did resend $1.05 as soon as you brought it to my attention, or at least I thought I did, but it is always possible that my "infallible" iPhone may not have been my friend on that one. I've actually questioned Paypal about it. But to say that I didn't make full payment relating to what shouldn't have been more than a few cents is pretty outlandish and a bit petty, especially since the original sales price included FedEx but was actually shipped via USPS and I received a PM after the item already shipped... this is the pm informing me that you decided to change shipping and that the $1 didn't show... "Didn't see that come in, but it's no big deal. Check PayPal. I put the tracking on there for you. FedEx was more than I anticipated so I went with USPS. Hope you don't mind."

If you'd like, I can post pics of what I received vs. the pic in this add. It's not even the same swaybar as in the pic here. Same model/part # but a different piece per your PM you sent last night...

Pics added... Notice that the endlinks are not the same, and if you look closely the bar is actually different too. I bought the one pictured in this add, I got the latter. That's why I feel cheated. I was also quoted the original total price when the item was to be shipped via FedEx, but the Mod.Kill actually shipped it via USPS to save money, I have the PM letting me know that he did it. But I screwed him out of $1

No it isn't and he did exactly that. Got another pair and took a pic of one and sold the rusty POS in it's place... And the OP's response when I called him on it has been very laxidasical like a part is a part... The last PM I got was a pretty piss poor response to my questioning how he thought it was right to pull the old bait & switch...

Yes, that's exactly as I explained the NLPed68 once he did contact me via pm. I initially only had 1 front sway bar (used) and was going to just sell it, but ended up picking up a pair from another member on this forum. Didn't unpack the whole box, just took the rest, which is all I needed and sold the additional front sway bar. Actually did not notice the black anodizing wasn't one the end links until afterwards. I Wasn't a "bait and switch" tactic. In fact, I emailed Eurocode just be sure I hadn't been duped myself and asked whether the removed anodizing or anything in the photograph sent by NLPed would compromise the integrity or functionality of their sway bar and Chris responded with this:

"Nope, not at all. Purely cosmetic. Looking at the condition though, I'd
highly recommend new sway bar bushings and end link bearings to refresh
your kit, also new hardware to install everything."

Obviously new hardware is recommended for every application utilizing used hardware. I, myself, followed these instructions with the used pair I have as well.

Thanks for the justification! Glad someone else sees why I'm upset. I actually purchased the item through this site rather than Panjo, but I do have a claim filed through paypal. Exactly why I paid the paypal fees...you never know when someone is being unscrupulous & this turned out to be one of those times.
