Lightbulb Track wheel setup - OZ Alleggerita HLT 18x9 et25 & 265/35 tyres

Hey guys, I'm searching for an 18" track-wheel setup.
I was thinking about an 18x9 rim and 265/35/18 tyre.

I can get the OZ Alleggeritas for a very good price directly from Italy.
I can also get the Toyo R1r and Federal 595 rsr at decent prices.

The OZ's weight in at 8.25kg so they are pretty damn light. They also clear the 8-pot Brembos without a problem - NO SPACERS required.

I'm on the way of a complete suspension overhaul and will be removing the DRC, installing KW Clubsports and adjustable front upper control arms as my rear-left shock has started to sweat oil. There is no "clunking" at the front... yet. But I'm already preparing the parts for a winter overhaul. The camber will be dialled-in at -2.5° front & -1.5° rear for better corner handling.

With that said I have two concerns:
    - Will the 265 tyres rub? With the rim offset at +25 with a -2.5° camber at the front?
    - Is the OZ's Alleggerita LOAD RATING adequate for track abuse with our 4000lb welterweight cars?

Same rim fittment on another RS4 (tyres 255/35/18):

You'll need a slight fender roll in the front I believe. I am running 275/35/18 NT01's with a +25 offset on a 10.5" rim and approx -3deg camber. In this case your tire will be 5mm narrower than mine on the outside.

Did you roll your fenders with the 10.5" rim?
Asking because if I'm not mistaken your rim is 0.75" wider on the outside (at the same offset) compared to a 9" rim. Or does the 275 stretch a bit, so the tyre side-wall is more "sloped" under the fender?

I got the STATIC load rating from the manufacturer. Can anybody have crunch on these numbers?

(I also asked for the numbers on the new gravity cast SPARCO ProCorsa as they are developed together with OZ - and I'm a Sparco fan-boy)

Hey guys, so I got mixed infos from the Porsche forums etc. and went by the advise of a user there to check the OEM wheel load ratings as the wheel size is similar to the OEM options.

So as reference, the OEM 18" has the same load rating as the Alleggerita I'm looking at. As the RS4 was designed with moderate track-abuse in mind, am I safe to assume that the OZ 18" is as safe as the OEM Audi 18"? (Given the same static load ratings)

    RS4 b7 OEM rim data:
    8E0 601 025 AG - 9 x 19 ET29 - Max. Load rating 625kg (Ref, PDF)
    8E0 601 025 AJ - 8 x 19 ET29 - Max. Load rating 635kg (Ref, PDF)
    8E0 601 025 AF - 8,5x18 ET24 - Max. Load rating 625kg (Ref - load rating in description)

    Spreadsheet (Ref)

My front fenders are slightly rolled inside, but not folded as some people do. There is a slight stretch to the tires, but that doesn't really effect tire clearance as the section width is still the same and still centered. What it does do is reduce the lateral deflection of the tire, which can help increase effective clearance during heavy cornering.

I'm also taking lateral deflection into account as with my 275/35/19 on 19x10 rims I experienced great lateral deflection at some points on the track. I noticed later on that on my right front wheel the complete tyre side-wall was scratched, which means I was driving on it....

Hmmm, maybe an 18x10 would be a better option, but I would need to find something lightweight.
