Ok, getting some repeating questions and thought I'd just post them here:

1. Always garaged - let me clarify, the car retired every evening in my home garage.. I'm a little ocd when it comes to my cars. ie I park at the end of the parking lot so door dings are not a worry

2. Was it tracked - no, I have a dedicated M3 track car for that duty...This was my to and from the office car

3. Tire condition - only have 5k on them - like new

4. Will I ship - yes, at owners expense. prefer local but open to discussing

5. Leather condition - no cracks, scratches, etc... conditioned with Pinnacle leather care frequently

6. Any CEL's - have never had a check engine light
