SKC retrieval in New England

Looking for someone or business that could retrieve my SKC for me. I'm looking to reprogram my car fob on my Audi. I heard that some locksmiths that specialize in key security are able to do it if they have the right reader or people with the right scan tools can. Would prefer not needing to go to the dealership if I don't have to.

I've used VAG TACHO 3.01 on a lot of pre-2005 VW/Audi models to retrieve SKC and/or to directly program the keys. I'm pretty sure it would work on a B6. You can also dump the ECU and get it that way. Like this: https://sites.google.com/site/imnuts/
