No just remove secondary firewall and axles and axle shields to be able to install this.

Thank you. Sadly this is more help then JHM customer service was able to give on their own products. You would think once you make something for the market, you'd be able to provide some sort of instructions on the installation.
I am pretty good with the wrench, but results are scattered all over whether the transmission has to come out or not to replace the test pipes.

Thanks BumbleBee, that helps quite a bit.

Agreed. I'm highly interested in these except I'd like some feedback from others regarding the fit-up.

Probably a dumb question, but I have a Corsa system and wondered if these will bolt up? I assume they would if they replace OEM 100%, but want to ask.

You absolutely do NOT have to completely remove the transmission (or axles) to do this mod, but I will tell you that, even with a drive-on lift, it takes a fair amount of work and time to get the stock cats off. You've got to loosen the front subframe and allow the transmission to sag considerably, carefully watching connected hoses & wiring to make sure you don't pinch or pull something. You need some LOOOOONG and flexible extensions to get onto those bolts around the big cat "coffee cans." Installation of test pipes is far easier than removal of stock pipes because you're not working around that can to get at the bolts. A "crow's foot" or "dog bone" adapter may make the removal job easier, but I didn't have one.

My car has the APR RSC exhaust and it bolted right up. I cut in after the X-pipe and added Magnaflow high-flow 100 CPS cats as well as some additional resonators just before the mufflers because it was a bit too raspy and throaty for me... I have to keep this car civilized as it's my DD and the wife borrows it a lot, too. I LOOOOOOVE the sound, and with the APR intake, 034 Motorsports high-flow silicone TB hose, custom tune from M2 motorsports I freed up almost 40 AWHP over those same mods running on the stock tune. Yes, dyno-proven before & after. I'm not saying I don't miss my APR Stage III supercharger, BUT........... Ava's still pretty f-ing snappy and sounds the business, too.
