I've been given multiple ideas but I honestly trust you guys more considering you all have the car. Easy advice on a quick way to fix this problem? I've been told lysol disinfectant spray will work just fine but before i go ahead and start spraying away I want to make sure its a good idea to do so and also where exactly should i spray? Never had to do this before so feel free to dumb it down for me.

    Thanks!

This should help: Clicky click® It's for the Cabriolet but it's the same as the A4 sedan.

Push a piece of weed wacker cord or anything else flexible through hole "E" and you will see where it exits from below the car.

Here's another view of hole "E"

I have had excellent results using Lysol. Lysol treatment kills mold and mildew that grows in the A/C evaporator coil and evaporator drain pan, and deodorizes the A/C system.
To apply Lysol, tape a paper towel loosely over each of the dash vents, then remove the cabin fresh air intake filter. Next, With the windows open and ign key ON, engine OFF, adjust the A/C to LOW temp, MAX fan speed. Then spray one whole can of Lysol into the cabin fresh air intake fan. When the Lysol can is empty, turn the A/C fan Off, ign key OFF, and remove the paper towels from the dash vents. Install a new cabin fresh air intake filter. Allow about 1 hour before operating the A/C/heater. Repeat as needed.
