Slight humming sound front passenger side after wheel bearing replacement.

Hey there. I will try my best to explain please bare with me.

I just recently got both wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced in the front end and the noise mostly has gone away and the car drives like a dream again. My only issue I am having is i can still hear a slight humming which sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side and i'd say the speed of the noise depends on how fast i am going but nevertheless it is consistent. It does not go away when turning the wheel a certain way and it is not anything very loud or alarming but yet still does not sound good. First and foremost I need some opinions on what this could be. I know i haven't done the best at explaining it but its not the easiest to do so. It sounds like my wheel bearing did when it needed to be replaced except it is much much quieter and isn't affected when i turn the wheel either way.

Feel free to ask for more information and i will give post back asap. I looked everywhere concerning this issue and i have found countless answers.

    Thanks guys!

    Summary -

-Just replaced both wheel bearings and hub assembly on front end.
-Slight humming on front passenger side.
-Noise is consistent and does not change when turning wheel.

Run your hand over the tire tread. Is there any cupping or feathering?

No issues there. Tread looks great. Less than 15k on them at the moment.

Bad tires (poor wear, or tread seperation), can cause a noise very similar to the drone/hum of a wheel bearing. If you run your hand along the tread it should feel "flat" and uniform. If you feel some of the tread blocks raised or "ramped" (where one edge sits higher) tire noise could be your problem.

I attached a picture of a very dramatic case, so you can see what I'm referring too.

If all the tires feel and appear identical, I guess it could be possible one of the new bearings is noisy out of the box, but I'm betting on tire noise.

    Thank you for your help.

Seeing as how new they are and how they show nearly no wear its hard to tell honestly. It's down pouring at the moment so i will be able to inspect it much better once it stops. If in fact it is the tires doing would a rotation and balance be a good cure? I can't imagine having to go get a new tire after less than 15k on them and if i did i would assume something else caused it to wear the tire down. So what I'm trying to get at is I'm fine with having to get a new tire if that is in fact the issue but I'm worried something else may have caused it.

There's no harm in a rotation at that mileage and might give you and idea if the noise follows the tire.

I have my tires rotated at every oil change, regardless of how new/old they are. And tires can get abnormal wear in 5k miles or less if there is an issue.
