So I was launching the car at the track and and when I went to shift into second gear it blocked me out. Every gear is blocked out when running, it'll go into all gears when not running, and if I put it in first and crank the car over it moves. I have the JHM stage 3.

I believe this has happened to my friend before with his jhm clutch. Can't remember which disc he had but his organic disc fuses to the flywheel. He had to replace it. Jhm told him that there is a way to aggressively drive it and prevent it from happenin but he upgraded the disc so it wouldnt happen. More than likely it is fused and you're not going to be able to break it apart without clutch change. Sorry man. Good luck

Can confirm. Erik was running a JHM stage 3 clutch when he fused his clutch to the flywheel while launching at Bandimere. Iirc a few other people have done this with their stage 3 clutches as well. Finicky material I guess. JHM should be able to help you out if you contact them. Best of luck

Looked at other forms to see how people unfused clutches and one guy said put it on a lift go to about 40mph and rip the brake and ebrake with the clutch pressed in and it should break loose. So I figured what the hell do I have to lose. Went out and tried it and sure enough it popped it loose and it drives perfectly fine again!

Awesome post! Good job finding a solution, glad to hear you got your car working again! I don't remember who the poster was but I remember one thread where a guy had a similar issue but wasn't able to free the fused parts so he replaced them and paid for the work to be done professionally both times, needless to say he was not happy at all and was out a ton of money by the time it was all taken care of. It's great that this info is on the forum to help other people who may end up having the same issue in the future.

Hope I can help someone later on down the road that has the same issue! It was a great solution rather than dropping the whole transmission to repair.
