    B5 Tranny Problems?

Hey guys first post here and a semi car noob so bare with me. I Picked up the car at 93k and drove it another 4k in about 1.5 years. The issue popped up Fall 2015 and I noticed the warmer it is outside the more of a chance the sound will occur. The sound does not always pop up but when it does it's loud as hell. Any suggestions on what it could be would be appreciated. Also to note is that when changing gears it progressively gets harder to shift the higher the rpm, idk if that has anything to do with it. Thank you to anyone that responds

Link to the video on YouTube of how my car sounds.

When I listen to the video I think that it could be the cam tensioner chain hitting the valve cover. But that doesn't take into account that the sound changes when the clutch is depressed.
