Will an A4 trunk lid fir an S4 if they are both B6?

Dumb question, but one I need to ask since I need to get a replacement trunk lid due to extensive hail damage, found one for pretty reasonable price and same color, just need to know if it will fit.. Both vehicles are 04 B6

Yes - other than different bumpers from different trims every panel, fender, trunk + hood are exactly the same...

^yup the only difference in trunks between B6 A4 and S4 is that S4 one has iirc 3 holes in it to mount spoiler.

So you either have to:
A. Drill holes in your A4 trunk in order to mount OEM S4 spoiler.
B. Cut off those three protruding bolts from your OEM S4 spoiler and mount it just using tape.
C. Buy a replica spoiler which mounts just on tape.
D. Run without spoiler.
