Portland Maine Area with vagcom

Please tell me if this is in the wrong place but I'm looking for someone who lives in Portland Maine or in greater Portland area who has vagcom. My key fob still does not work after trying everything I can possibly find on the internet (without needing another key because I only have one or vagcom). I just replaced the battery and I also went to O'Rielly's to see if it was sending a signal, which it is. so I was wondering if anyone could give me a hand? I would be more then happy to give you some money. If it all goes well, possibly program my key as well so that I can roll the windows up and down through the key fob.

I live in Cornish about 30 mi west of Portland on the New Hampshire boarder. I will have to research on how to do this but I'm willing to try.
