Honestly I think you are overthinking it too much! You have AWD obviously but why run a staggered setup? Especially when you can get 21x10.5 with the correct offset that will look pimp with no spacers needed. On top of that you can rotate the dang things.

Haha, yes advice is welcome! I don't like the idea of having a wider tyre at the front either, but 275/30/22 doesn't seem to exist and unless I go for 295/30/22 (5% difference to stock wheel) then I don't think I will find tyres easily.
I think a staggered setup would suit the profile of the car because I've always found on my S5 and the RS7 that the rear wheels seem to look smaller! I think the extra inch would compliment the fastback/sportback lines of the car. I just don't know if its possible or not! 10.5J all around sounds like it'll fill the arches a lot better than the 9J which are stock, but then I'm confused about offset... Manufacturers seem to list the 10.5J spec but nothing about offset and this is the first time I'm thinking of changing wheels on a car from stock so I'm a little lost!
