WTB: Wanted: 2010-2012 Black 6MT S4

Looking for a 2010-2012 black S4 6 speed. I'd like to stay below 60K miles but let me know what you have. B&O and Alcantara insert seats preferred. I'm extremely meticulous so please only cars without any serious dings, scratches, etc. My last Audi was just rear ended and totaled so I suddenly found myself back in the market. Located in Massachusetts but willing to travel (i.e. fly) for the right car. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
