13' S4 for Sale

I'm in the market to sell my 2013 Audi S4. The reason for selling is because I've purchased another car and I rarely drive this car anymore. It has approximately 43.8K miles. I will have the 45k mile service complete before selling it.

I have receipts of all the work done to the car. There are no issues with the car. The car is a true sleeper. It wakes up if you give it some gas :)

I am asking $37,500 (updated 16Jun16) or best offer. I will not part out the car. It will be sold with all the mods listed. In addition, I will include 4 summer tires as well as brand new Hawks brake pads and ECS slotted rotors along with stock suspensions and various stock parts. The car has a lien and I owe roughly 35.6K to the bank.

I just got the car back from the bodyshop with a brand new rear bumper freshly repainted, It was involved in a minor fender bender. The person behind me rear ended my car in bumper to bumper traffic and made a small hole in the back bumper. The insurance company replaced the car with a brand new bumper/repaint. I have all receipts of work done.

Due to the MINOR fender bender I am willing to drop the price to 38,500. The car runs 100% . It still has Audicare up to 45K and it is still CPO'd. I am not TD1 and I have receipt for all of the work performed on the car.
