throttle input all over the place

I recently had my car JHM tuned it's a 6 speed with catless down pipes and FI catback. Anyways I love the tune but I started noticing sometimes when I'm half throttle give or take around 3k and climbing the car starts jerking all over the place like not smooth at all the throttle wigs out and it's all over the place while accelerating.

I shut the car off and turned it back on and it seemed to go away but the next day the same thing happened.

Any ideas ? No CEL on dash

Yeah man thats the thing. Its not gas being bad. Its amount of water in it that kills.
