B8 S4 Winter Setup - Dunlop Winter Maxx tires and MSW Wheels

I am selling my winter setup that I had on my B8 S4. This includes 4 245/40R-18 Dunlop Winter Maxx XL tires with 4 18x8 MSW Type 23 LT GREY wheels mounted.

The only reason I am selling is that I sold the car. The setup only has 10,660 miles on them. Local pickup is preferred. I am located in the suburbs of Philadelphia (19444) area code.

Interested but not local, near Chicago. I just sold my B7 S4 and purchased a B8.5 S4, I am also in the same boat as I have a Winter Set of Blizzak's on 17 MSW that I need to sell. If you were to ship to 60189, any idea what would the total cost would be?
