Wow got this crazy deal on ecodes, only 1200 shipped for non-AFS straight from Germany and they came in two days!! Getting rid of the amber looks so good

So e-Codes only replace the amber part, right? The daytime running lights and everything else work the same? $1200 does seem steep, but I guess it's because they are all sealed and that's why the new unit is required?

FL cars can be baked open and resealed. pre fl head lights are indestructible.

Pretty much as far as I know. And the light pattern is different. Lots of vendors sell them for more than $1200. You ca probably remove the Amber but then what do you put in its place? Plus I don't like putting headlights in my oven and they never seem to go back together without condensation.

Probably could've gotten them cheaper if I looked harder. What's important is that I'm happy with them. Money comes and goes. Meh lol

I got these in the mail today from Lithuania for the price of $700 shipped through ebay.de. Just waiting on the actual car which ETA is 9 April, more parts to follow.

it pulls listing in germany .. hence the de ..

but here is what i do

1) log into ebay.com

2) go on ebay.de

2) search 8T0941031C

http://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=...031C+&_sacat=0

4) find the one i like

5) click on Auf die Beobachtungsliste or the eye icon.. which is watching..

6) Log back into ebay.com and check ur watch list.. now everything will be converted to english

BTW ladies and gents.. with everything on the internet its a risk .. tis also a bigger risk being that the seller is not in the US and is not bound by US laws.. i would do ur research on the seller before purchase.. ratings.. feedback.. how many people they have shipped to the US and so forth
