    Yes, everyhing from the downpipes back are the same. Manual or auto.

    Milltek is compatible with the b7 however b7 have quad tips. This is the b6 version with single tips FYI.

    Yes. It will not effect your immobilizer.
    The owner of this car mailed the ecu in to JHM to have tune installed. It will work in any b6 s4
