Someone from here offered to pm 425$. then I saw another who told me that he wants covers and if I doesnt sell he suggest more than 400 (as I wrote in thread).
I couldn't not sell to someone, when ther are more than 6 guys wanted it. May be somebody wanted it more than others.

If their parts don't sell since people can get it cheaper elsewhere, that's the sellers choice. While most of us respect first come first served selling stuff on here, unless there's a binding sale contract people can chase higher prices if they want (at the expense of burning others).

Not exactly true. A contract is formed when an offer is met with acceptance and that acceptance is a mirror image of the offer. That happened here. In short, there IS a binding contract here and P could sue D for specific performance. D can certainly revoke the offer at any time, unless his offer has been met with acceptance.

I'm taking the July bar exam. How fucking cool would it be if this exact problem showed up? "D offers to P a set of carbon S4 engine covers, and P accepts. D, being met with additional offers, revokes his orignal offer and is accepting bids from other parties. Does P have an actionable claim against D?" Yes!

Note- This analysis was done without regard to the fact P and D do not reside in the same country. This scenario may be controlled by CISG.

Well, yeah, you did. You promised a set of covers for sale for $400. Somebody accepted that offer in exchange for money. That is a promise. As for as not signing anything, it doesn't matter. Verbal contracts are fully enforceable unless a written agreement is required by the statute of frauds. This is not one of those cases.

I'm mostly just busting your balls. I don't really care what happens. But it is pretty shitty to offer something and when you find out you can get more for it, take back the offer. It would be like that guy who sold me his S4 for $2650. He had buyers lined up and ready to go. I would have gone mental on him if he kept upping his price. And that has actually happened to me before on the B5 A4 Avant I bought. Dude wanted $1000, but I ended up having to give him $1100 since some other douche offered him $1050. Don't be that guy.

It IS so simple, it's called mutual respect. See, around here people have it. Post something for sale, buying party agrees. Then pay, then ship. Flawless process. I know this works, I've bought tons of stuff off of here without hiccup. Luckily never ran into someone like you.

You offered your product at a set price. It was agreed then YOU turned it into some bidding war. Again, is frowned upon.

What is wanted from you, is to honor your initial price and sell the the first person to accept your initial price.

The wrong thing to do is try to extract every last nickel and dime out of a group of potential buyers halfway around the world.I don't know how they do things in Mother Russia, but here in 'Murica, people honor prices they put on products. Otherwise, that would be called deceptive advertising.

Seriously, all this out of an extra $100 or so. What is that going to get you? A decent meal and a bottle of vodka? Whereas now, your name has been drug through the gutter on your own accord and you will likely not make any more sales on AZ. It is not only in the buyers' best interest to honor your price, but your own as well if you intend to attempt to sell products here again.
